- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 tbs Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 3/4 cup Sliced Zucchini
- 1/2 cup Sliced Baby Corn
- 3/4 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 3/4 cup Diced Yellow Bell Pepper
- 3/4 cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes…. Halved
- To Taste Salt
- For The Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce :
- 2 Red Bell Peppers …. Roasted on Gas Stove Till Charred
- 1 Tomato …. Roasted on Gas Stove Till Charred
- 3 tbs Dry Roasted Cashewnuts
- 2 tbs Dry Roasted Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Honey
- To Taste Salt
- For Coating The Paneer :
- 2-3 tsp All purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
